Biscuits works with default product prices, and, for localised bundles, with the catalogs (price lists) attached to your Shopify Markets. See Localised bundles: pricing for Shopify Markets.
B2B catalogs are different: Biscuits never reads or writes B2B catalog prices, so bundle prices are not calculated or maintained for B2B buyers. This applies to standard and localised bundles alike.
If you are not actively using B2B catalogs for pricing changes, and your B2B buyers see standard pricing, Biscuits will work as expected.
