Due to limitations of the Shopify bundles functionality - Biscuits Bundles is not compatible with Subscription products or products using Shopify's 'purchase options'
Localised bundles (bundles with Localise pricing turned on) do not support subscriptions at all, whichever subscription app you use. See Localised bundles: pricing for Shopify Markets.
