This issue usually occurs for one of the following reasons:
If the bundle product is not assigned to a product template that includes the Biscuits Bundles App block
You can check the instructions on the Installation page in the app for a walkthrough of how to add the Biscuits Bundles app block
If the bundle product is not
Active
and published to theOnline Store
If you're viewing a preview theme and it has cached an outdated version of your product.
Double check your settings below:
Has the Biscuits Bundles app block been added to your product template?
Check the installation page inside the Biscuits Bundles app, or following along with our installation video on our Getting started guide.
Is your bundle product Active
?
Is your bundle product published to Online Store
?
Are you viewing the changes on your live theme, or a preview theme?
Sometimes preview themes can be cached, or a little buggy. Try going to your product link directly:
