'Please check configuration in the app' Error

This error will appear on your app block on the storefront

This error appears because the current bundle settings cannot be displayed or are invalid.

Some common reasons might include:

  • Some of the component products in your bundle are not Active on the Online Store

  • A whole step might not have any products to display for the user (whether all items are out of stock, or all items are not visible on the storefront)
